I don't think I've ever shown myself in yank kit on here before. I'm afraid theres a lack of webbing due to the fact I couldnt fit it in my bag. Taken last Wednesday on the 6th of June.

Long time lurker, first time poster here. :)

Finished (yeah, right...) my Heer-kit the other week so I took it out to a small local game this Sunday. I
know I'm missing the breast eagle, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive!

I'm also waiting for my splinter smock and some other bits and bobs (because you can never really have too much kit). Other
than that, I just have to get the uniform a little dirtier! :D

Cheers

Cheers! :D
The MP40 is the AGM one; I've gone over the whole gun with steel wool just to give it a bit more worn
look, although I have to put some more work into it as some parts still look very "painted". :)

I find a spot of Zebo (black metal polish) makes the black paint come up a lot more metallic looking if you don't want to strip the whole thing down.

yeah the hunsworth one :D

The missus was less than pleased with the state of the ground as she only took a pair of pumps to wear whilst I stayed dry and warm in my jackboots

We were there on Sunday, four Doughboys wandering around. Apparently a lot of reenactors / displays left on Sat night because of the weather. It was a bit grim on that hillside and maybe a mistake to have the vehicles usng the same gates as the public to get around the site.
